      To Semporna Bajau, 'Lepa' (a boat) many uses in everyday life. These boats are used for fishing and daily vehicle. It is also used during wedding ceremonies and cultural performances. This unique life based plaster inherited from generation to generation until now.

       Semporna, Sabah celebrated carnival festival every year in April. Lepa is an important thing in life since ancient Bajau. Festive carnival is the site for introducing and promoting the arts, culture and customs Bajau colorful. Every year visitors will have the opportunity to see for themselves the unique beautiful Lepa boat making, punctuated with dance and music played on a boat spreads.
